Terms of service

TCG Weaver helps people discover trading cards with visually related artwork. The plugin can identify a public catalog card, show artwork and fixed visual-priority controls, return a bounded candidate pool, and display a shortlist selected in the conversation. It does not place orders, take payments, manage accounts, or change an external collection.

You may use the service only where lawful and in accordance with the terms and age requirements of the ChatGPT or Codex product through which you access it. Do not probe private systems, bypass limits, automate abusive traffic, introduce malicious instructions or data, or use the service to infringe another person's rights.

Artwork similarity is subjective. Candidate order and conversational shortlists are discovery aids, not claims of authenticity, condition, investment value, availability, or fitness for a purpose. Price figures are rough historical market estimates in the stated currency, may be incomplete or stale, and are not offers to buy or sell.

TCGplayer, eBay, and other external links leave TCG Weaver. TCG Weaver may use affiliate links and may earn a commission from a qualifying purchase without changing the marketplace price. Any purchase, account, dispute, return, or delivery is between you and the external provider under that provider's terms. TCG Weaver does not complete checkout inside the plugin.

TCG Weaver's software, interface, ranking data, and original branding are protected by applicable rights. Card names, card artwork, game marks, marketplace marks, and other third-party content belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification and discovery.

TCG Weaver is independent. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK, TCGplayer, OpenAI, or the operators of third-party card-data services. A disclaimer does not grant TCG Weaver or its users rights in third-party material.

The service may change, suspend, remove cards, or become unavailable without notice. TCG Weaver may limit abusive requests and may update these terms by posting a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. TCG Weaver does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete catalog coverage, image availability, price accuracy, or a particular recommendation outcome. To the extent permitted by law, TCG Weaver is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or investment losses arising from use of the service or an external site. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
